The Company

HELMAN SECHRIST Architecture was founded originally as HELMAN Architecture + Design in 1990 by Jeffrey P. Helman, AIA to provide unique, affordable, and quality architectural designs for residential, commercial, and institutional clients throughout the Midwest. No doubt a vision of its founder, who is influenced by many architectural periods, styles, and architects, but is beholden to none save for the client's wishes.
The transition of the firm's name was made in 2003 when Brad Sechrist accepted the position of Vice President.

HELMAN SECHRIST Architecture offers the following services: Computer-Aided architectural design for new and existing applications, including 3-D modeling and animation; master planning and feasibility studies; renovation; interior design; space planning; construction administration and management; color selections; renderings; and recently added Abbreviated Consultations.
