Challenge:

To convert a deteriorated house on one shallow lake lot into a dual dwelling for two multigenerational families that looks like a single home without looking like a duplex.

Solution:

By incorporating a varied massing and roofline, along with different floor plan needs, a full custom home aesthetic is achieved that completely disguises the two-family arrangement of the program.
