The Renovation of a dated two story home that had poorly designed additions over the last 25 years.

Solution:

To incorporate the personality and extensive travels of the owner by reflecting their love of Italy and the Tuscany valley. The home is generous in size and specifically designed to accommodate large groups for frequent philanthropic community events. The waterfront location only accentuates the picturesque setting and the enormous views.
