The long time owners of a farm home on a picturesque equestrian ranch farm were in a quandary as to whether to renovate the existing home that was no longer fitting for them in performance or appearance but was situated in a location and setting that they had come to love, or to build a new home.
After exploring options for renovating the existing home, the owners ultimately decided to remove it and start anew. The new home that they built embodies the spirit of the horse ranch that they love and provides them with all of the features of a premium modern home to accomodate them in their busy day-to-day schedule and make provision for their desire to entertain. Natural materials are the theme for this home as it incorporates bold and rustic stone and brick masonry and timber accents. Rich natural colors as well as extensive landscaping create the firm visual connection to the land that was their goal at the onset of the project.
